Supplier Terms
Version v2.0 · Effective June 23, 2026
These Supplier Terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service whenever you list capacity on Trillion.
1. Listing Accuracy
- Each listing must accurately describe location, specifications, availability, pricing and access requirements.
- Photographs must be of the actual asset and current within twelve (12) months unless otherwise noted.
- You must promptly update or remove listings when material details change.
2. Representations & Authorisations
You represent that you have full right and authority to provide the listed capacity; that you hold all required permits, licences and certifications; that the capacity complies with applicable laws, building codes, health, safety and environmental regulations; and that posted asset condition is accurate.
3. Insurance Disclosure
You will declare on each listing the insurance coverage you maintain (general liability, property and equipment coverage as applicable) and the limits. You will keep declared insurance in force for the duration of any booking. Misrepresentation of insurance status is a material breach.
4. Verification Cooperation
You agree to cooperate with Trillion's supplier verification process, which may include submitting business registration, tax IDs, certificates of insurance and references. Verification tiers are described on the Trust & Verification page.
5. Payouts
- Payouts for completed bookings are released net of the 5% Platform Fee.
- Payout timing follows the schedule shown on the booking; standard release is within 7 business days of successful delivery confirmation or the end of the dispute window, whichever is later.
- You are responsible for all taxes on amounts you receive.
6. Removal & Suspension Rights
Trillion may remove any listing or suspend any supplier account for material breach, repeated buyer complaints, safety concerns, regulatory issues, fraud, or attempted circumvention of the Platform Fee. Outstanding obligations survive removal.
7. Anti-Circumvention
You agree to the 24-month anti-circumvention window described in §4 of the Marketplace Capacity Agreement and §6 of the Terms of Service.
8. Marketplace Conduct
- Respond to inquiries within a reasonable time.
- Honour confirmed bookings; do not double-book listed capacity.
- Communicate cancellations, changes or issues through the Platform.
