Buyer Terms

1. Payment Obligations

• You will pay confirmed bookings in full and on time according to the Commercial Terms.
• Disputed amounts must be raised through the Platform dispute workflow; you may not unilaterally withhold undisputed amounts.
• You are responsible for applicable sales or use taxes.

2. Conduct on Supplier Premises

You will comply with the Supplier's posted access rules, hours, security procedures and site safety requirements. You will operate provided equipment only with personnel competent to do so and will not modify or remove safety guards.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund treatment follows §5.3 of the Marketplace Capacity Agreement (tiered refunds for cancellations more than 14 days out, between 7 and 14 days, and inside 7 days). No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property of Outputs

Intellectual property created specifically for you in performance of a booking vests in you upon full payment, subject to a perpetual licence-back to the Supplier for internal reference.

5. Goods, Insurance & Risk

• You are responsible for the value and insurance of your own goods stored or processed at Supplier facilities, subject to any Supplier-provided coverage noted in the listing.
• Where pre-use inspection is offered, you should conduct it; absence of inspection does not waive obvious-defect claims.

6. Anti-Circumvention Acknowledgement

You acknowledge and agree to the 24-month anti-circumvention window described in §4 of the Marketplace Capacity Agreement. Direct dealings with a Supplier introduced through Trillion remain subject to the 5% Platform Fee during that window.

7. Disputes

Booking and quality disputes follow the three-step Dispute Resolution process: direct negotiation, Platform mediation, then binding arbitration. Always raise issues promptly through the Platform so evidence can be preserved.
